Its Life Insurance Awareness Month! Life insurance is LOVE insurance. My team and I know it’s important to show our customers the options they have to protect their family. We pride ourselves on having a comprehensive conversation to make sure we are providing you the right policy for your budget.

I have been delighted to serve the Hyattsville and greater Washington, D.C. area as a State Farm Agent since 1997, and have been with State Farm since 1991 upon graduating from The Catholic University of America with a degree in Finance. My team and I offer auto insurance, home insurance, condo insurance, renters insurance, life insurance, health insurance as well as financial services.

As a native Washingtonian, I have lived in all three of our DMV communities and understand the unique character of many of our neighborhoods. I consider what I do as not just a wonderful profession, but a way to serve our community by educating our customers and helping them solve their insurance and financial needs. I have been very involved in the insurance and financial services industry, and most recently served as the National President of the NAIFA. My work in NAIFA allowed me to travel all over the country and speak not just to other producers, but to regulators and legislators as well. I have held multiple briefings with members of Congress and their staffs about legislative and regulatory issues that matter to our customers. I have also taught many, various classes to other producers helping them to grow in their practice and understanding of matters in our profession. I continue to serve our industry as the current National Secretary of LifeHappens.

I have also spent many years volunteering with several of the schools in our area, and have served on four separate boards, including as President of two school boards. The most fun however has been coaching over two dozen youth sport teams over many years, and trying to keep up with the players! When time permits, you may also find me in my workshop or deep into another restoration project in my historic house here in Prince Georges County.
